Trade Marketing Manager, Healthcare

We are looking for at new colleague with a commercial mindset and great, creative ideas to take our in-store execution in to the next level.

Our new Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for a broad range of trade marketing activities in pharmacies as well as mass market. You will play a key role in securing optimal campaign plans, and be responsible for developing a broad variety of both physical and digital materials together with our agency, as well as ensuring timely distribution and execution. Everything with the purpose to constantly enhance the visibility of our brands in the trade.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and secure strong campaign plans with pharmacy chains and online pharmacies
• Participate in the annual negotiations with pharmacy chains
• Develop in-store materials for the mass market team
• Correct enrollment and delivery of all campaign materials within the deadline
• Planning and coordination with the pharmacy chains
• Create a wide range of marketing materials, such as presentations, in-store materials, brochures, and web content, ensuring their distribution both online and offline  
• Brief and work closely with advertising agencies and pharmacy decorators  
• Responsible for the promotion budget
• Support the preparations for participation in events and exhibitions  
• Prepare detailing materials to field force in both pharmacy and mass market

Together with others, you will also:  

• Provide detailed input before annual negotiations with the pharmacy chains  
• Work proactively with Supply Chain/Logistics to mitigate backorders, resolve out-of-stock situations and other associated challenges  
• Collaborate closely with the Nordic Healthcare team within different marketing activities and tasks  
• Support field force with relevant information  
• Collaborate with regulatory/PV/medical regarding materials and brand issues

Education and personal qualifications

• We expect that you have a relevant formal education as well as at least 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, brand management etc. with strong brands in OTC medicines, medical devices or FMCG  
• Great project leader skills
• Flair for and experience with digital and social media marketing
• Preferably knowledge about the Danish pharmacy market
• A well-structured approach to your tasks and the ability to handle many deadlines
• Proven success in creating, presenting, and selling ideas and concepts  

Your Danish skills must be flawless, and business proficiency in English
